Oh I'm a genius!

Why hello!


Hmm.
I have things to update.
Well, I promised i'd go through with you what i went through during the genius mindchamp.
It wasnt just any enrichment your school would put you through, which would end up in nothing. It's special.
It's what my mum paid $1380 for!
Obviously it's worth something.
Not your school's 20 dollars "Start Right" workshop.
So this was organized by an international genius.
He activated his midbrain and was able to read cards and literally everything.
Like IC numbers and serial numbers found on a dollar note.
And also learnt to cycle closing his eyes.
HE can do all this, blindfolded.
And this is done by activating the midbrain, allowing it to send brainwaves which will bounce back.
Much like how a bat 'sees' in the dark.
It screeches, and the sound bounds back from any surface back to its ears, which allows it to know where it's going.
It even works when its closing in on bugs.
So i went for this programme.
It's actually for KIDS aged 5/6 - 11/12.
So it's great.
I was 13 a few days before i entered the programme.
But i still needed an interview.
BEcause, since i am out of the age boundary, i need to do 20% more.
Kids do 100%, i'll do 120%.
So that's the way.
The 2 day programme was done beside a Singapore Dojo Club.
At Kallang.
So it starts at 8, and ends at 5.
Am to Pm.
Okay, i entered the room to see a number of kids there.
I dont know, i was the only senior one there, the others were just either primary 5 or primary 6 the next year.
So i was feeling awkward and wanted to actually try to fit in.
Which means doing what they did.
WHICH MEANS DOING KID STUFF.
Hmmrph.
I was so sad there weren't any malay guys or girls who would be a friend.
They're all rich people.
Yes, i'm rich too!
I'm so rich my mum would spend 1580 on my mindchamp workshop.
Hmm, so i guess all i could do after that programme was read cards (pokercards, uno cards, credit cards) and their colors.
COME ON, i'm only a level 1 genius.
There's 2 more levels.
Which of course would eventually cost more than a thousand 500.
I feel it might cost double, and double means 1500, 3000, 4500.
I guess?
I dont know.
Anyway this post is to be published on 20th december, so im changing the date.
In my next january post, i'll be talking about the social network.
And also my weekly religious class!

Happy Birthday, me!

Hello you all!



Hmm.
I have a few things to update you all and blog.
Well for one, it's my birthday!
No, not today, yesterday.
Hmm so its like the best day of my life.
No parties whatsoever, but just myself.
I got a few things from my parents and such.
From my family and friends.
Friends gave me birthday wishes as much as 1/6 of the total friends i have.
I have 600+ friends, copy that!
Haha, its great that they remembered me.
That's all i need.
Well from my family i got lots of things!
One of them was from my mum.
It was a green watch!
Limited edition, i tell you that.
It's real green, bought from swatch.
MMMMMM!
Green things are what i really adore.
So far my collection of green accessories(?) consist of 3 things, of which i am saving for 2 more.
One of them was a green bag.
Dickies brand!
Another was a green earpiece.
Bubblegum brand!
That was from my sister for my birthday, too.
It has high focus on volume so i could really gauge the loudness of it all.
Not only that, all the sounds go into my ear.
None escapes.
If some escape, its cause of the sounds bouncing back.
Yes, there's no hole that protudes outside the earpiece.
All of it goes inside.
And its rubber cover!
Another was, of course, a green watch.
I also got a gift from my elder sister.
Some rented dvds made to watch.. at night!
There's horror, action and gore.
All packed up into one sit-backand-relax night.
Hmm.
I also got one from my dad.
He got me... a.... SAKURA BUFFET TREAT!
Remember i told you early readers about my trip with my dad and sis at a buffet restaurant?
Sakura.
Well, its my second time now!
I tasted the Wasabi.
Ouch, said my tongue.
AHH it was hot!
And eaten with raw salmon?
I cant imagine that but i did it anyway.
So I ate a lot of new things.
Things like seasoned salad(?) and sushi noodles.
No you idiot, its not sushi.
It's sushi noodles complete with sushi noodle dressing and sauce.
I couldnt eat durian rice balls, i'm allergic to it.
I get asthma.
So i actually ate a lot of new things there, like shrimp fry.
I'm serious i never tried that before.
Okay so i'm sorry this post came late, and that i didnt post for the past december.
Well, a lot of new things happened.
Did i tell you i went for Drama SYF audition?
Well it happened before my birthday.
Mm, a week away actually.
So i'm sure you know my birthday is on the 2nd december.
I think i just told you :/
Anyway, thats all for my birthday.
On the 4th of december till the 5th , i went for this enrichment.
It was a workshop for activating for your midbrain.
Otherwise called developing a genius out of you.
I got the certificate safely back home, labelling me a international-wide genius level 1.
Don't kid with me, the workshop alone costed $1480.
If it is known that the child attending the workshop is willing to go for it, then the price is reduced by $100.
This enrichment was my mum's gift for my birthday.
Mmm, it was fun.
I'll update you all on that.
So on the 6th of december till the 8th, i went to a holiday organized by my mother's school at Port Dickson in Malaysia.
It was nice!
Good stuff.
To be precise, we were at Selesa Beach Resort.
Nothing special happened there, except for the part which me and my sister took pictures.
And also when i lost my itouch.
A.k.a. ipod touch.
Well I was careless for a while and you take that as granted.
Hmph.
Anyway the pictures i took with my sister are all posted at facebook, add me if you want.
So here's generally what happened.
I was walking with my sister at the seashore.
There was this couple, one of my mother's colleague, who wanted to take a picture there.
They requested my help, and i wanted to help anyway.
I put my itouch down and grabbed their camera.
I took 2 pictures of them before i followed my sister to the seaside.
I never mentioned myself taking back the itouch right?
So i went back to take it.
And it's gone!
So that's how it got lost.
Well besides that, nothing happened.
Everything was fine.
Breakfast was fine.
Free and easy time was fine.
Dinner was fine.
Afternight emo time was fine too.
So i guess the holiday was all fine, even the customs gave me leeway.
Hey wait, i didnt even know i had chewing gum on me.
So i thought i threw it away.
But nahh, it was somewhere in the folds of my pants.
I passed through the immigration like water.
Woohoo!
And by accident, too.
Hmm too bad i cant share it, itll be deliberate offence.
So what im gonna do is finish it all up and throw it away.
Sheesh, i dont know WHY the government is so intent on anti-gums.
Aren't their teeth made of it?
Or part of it?
So anyway, the enrichment and workshop both went well.
I think i told you all that i had a drama audition for syf '11.
Well, there's another one yet tomorrow, december 15th on wednesday.
I'll be going off now, enjoy your holidays!
