Persevere Seek Serve Night

Okay hi there!

I'm blogging from my home, my abode, in a very safe Living Room.
Okay so the last two days, i had to do the same performance i did on the Open House for P6.
The only difference was the performance was at Night.
The next very important difference was that it was the LAST performance for the year!
Okay so about this Pioneer Night.
This Night is to recognise any great accomplished people in our school and any hardworking cleaners.
So many of my friends won awards and was recognised by the school, with the help of Mr Chickenn.
Why Chicken?
Well the principal made this speech on the following week after our exams.
He explained 8 things.
5 types of people, and 3 types of them.
1)People who know what they know.
2)People who know what they don't know.
3)People who dont know what they know.
4)People who dont know what they dont know.
5)People who dont know what they dont know but choose to walk around as though they know everything.
That was all the five types of people.
So the types 1) and 2) are the same because if you know what you know, you will know what you dont know.
Don't get it?
Lemme ask you a question.
100- 80=?
20, right?
So you know you need 20 if you have 80 to make up 100, correct?
Exactly!
Lets say there are 3 topics of maths.
Percentage, Profit and loss and Linear Equations.
If you know only Linear Equations, you will know that you dont know what is Profit and loss and percentages.
I'm sure you get me!
So the three types of people are explained by these 5.
Types 1) 2) and 3) are Eagles.
Types 4) are Vultures.
Types 5) are Chickens.
So the principal emphasised on CHICKENNNNNN, so from then on i remember him not as Mr Nathan but Mr Chickenn.
So for the performances i had to wear make up, basic makeup like foundation and eyeshadow plus blusher.
So there were girls who were dying to make me up.
Okay sounds wrong i know.
So i arrived at school at around 4:30, and i left home at 3:30.
We had to gather at the Possibility Center at 4:45, so i left all the 15 minutes to having a snack and drink.
I drank milo as usual and ate twisties.
Mini twisties.
So i ate at the canteen with Thivya Viro and Rabia.
I actually went to the Possibility at 5:00.
And i remembered i went back down!
To eat.
So its like dinner was provided.
So we ate and went back up at around 6:00, where we started making up our faces.
So at around 6:30 i went to the girl's toilet to make up.
Oh fuck it with "Boys not allowed in Girl's toilet" SHUT UP!
They're not changing clothes.
They're putting on make up.
And so i had to put on makeup, dont you say its not appropriate for a guy to wear makeup.
You HAVE to put on make up for performances on the stage especially at night where they wont see your face at all.
So to make yourself visible you have to wear makeup.
Light makeup though.
So i was bored and played Drag me at the possibility center.
Last minute i found myself putting on lip gloss.
TRANSPARENT lip gloss.
So then i performed and EVERYONE looked at me!
I love this crowd compared to the P6 crowd which i didnt think was very professional.
Adults make great audiences.
And especially Dinie's mum.
I love her mum.
She's nice compared to most mums.
And then after we performed we had to wait backstage.
Not for long though.
After the award ceremony we all stood up to sing the school song.
Of course, as you know, the Drama sang the loudest of all unappreciative Performances.
So after that all the performances went out to the stage to come together.
We came together and sang and all, and we planned to run around the hall waving after it was done, so we did, and guessed who did?
Only three of us!
Me Ira and Dinie.
Prghhh.
So soon the Drama started out running down the stage screaming.
It felt patriotic.
Soon every audience and performance stood up and everyone was in a mess, so it was over but everyone was still dancing around so as nobody was sitting down on the chairs, the helpers started clearing the chairs and stacking them up.
So we met our senior's senior drama.
And i blllllllushed when both seniors said i was cute and said "i like you!" and thanked me for joining drama.
So it's like we went back to the possibility and waited there until everyone went home.
Oh we sang Mdm mita a birthday song though, it was her birthday that night.
So we left the school and Dinie's mum said she wanted to bring us to Mr Teh Tarik.
Now if there's any foreigners here, you probably will want to find out what this place through google singapore.
So i ate my favorite Fish and Chips and soon we left.
So we left from school at 10, got there at 10 25 and left at 11, and got back home at 11 30.
So there, my entire very attentioned seeked day.
